Leadership Professor, Coach and Consultant - Guiding individuals in self-reflection and discovery of their leadership potential

Biography

I am the Executive Director of the Center for Leadership Formation (CLF) and Program Director for the Executive Leadership Program (ELP) and Leadership Executive MBA (LEMBA) at Albers School of Business and Economics. My mission and that of the Center is clear: to guide executive leaders in harnessing their full potential, gaining the knowledge, skills, and wisdom needed to meet the demands of their complex organizational roles and to lead with authenticity, clarity, compassion and integrity.

I am a leadership scholar and professor with over 27 years of industry experience in sales, global marketing education, manufacturing, and corporate finance roles at IBM. I have been teaching leadership and communication courses in higher education for over 16 years. I am a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and hold an ACC designation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

I am also certified in Gallup Clifton Strengths, EQi2.0/360, and MBTI assessments and qualified as a coach and speaker on Rethinking Impostor Syndrome™. My educational, professional and life experiences enable me a holistic perspective that uniquely positions me in this role facilitating and guiding the learning and development of every student, client, and organization I serve.
